Camera-Ready and Publication Permission Form

ICML 2006 is being self-published to allow authors to retain the rights to their papers. However, we, IMLS/ICML, need permission from the author(s) or owner(s) of the work to publish the work in the conference proceedings; to print, sell and distribute the proceedings; to allow ACM to include the work in the ACM Digital Library; to post the work in IMLS/ICML web pages; and to submit it to the arXiv digital archive.

Submission

Authors should make sure the following changes are made:

• Author information, affiliations and acknowledgments should now be included.
• The footnote, "Preliminary work. Under review by the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML). Do not distribute." must be modified to "Appearing in Proceedings of the 23rd International Conference on Machine Learning, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, 2006. Copyright 2006 by the author(s)/owner(s)."
• The title must be set as running title.
